CA Alakto Majumder
Partner - Advisory

Mr. Majumder started his professional career with Lovelock & Lewes, Chartered Accountants, part of Coopers and Lybrand in February 1993.

After a short stint, he moved to ABP group, the media powerhouse from eastern India and worked there for 12 years. In 2005, he relocated to Delhi to join HT Media, the large media conglomerate with more than 2000 Cr turnover and served as an AVP there. 

In 2008, he began his entrepreneurial journey with experience of large corporate houses where he got tremendous opportunity to learn while working with SISL, KPMG, McKinsey and Diamond Consulting on different high-impact projects.

During these 25 years, he has worked in different segments of Finance, Audit and Taxation that helped him to gain exposure in Strategic and Financial Planning, Taxation, Transfer Pricing and Valuation.

Mr. Majumder conducts GST training sessions and appeared on different TV channels to discuss GST. He has worked extensively with the Advisory group on GST that was formed by the Government of India during December 2017.

CA P P Singh
Partner - Litigation

Mr. P P Singh has extensively worked in the fields of both Direct and Indirect Tax. Under Indirect taxes, he has exposure of compliance, advisory and litigations including adjudication, appeal and search matter of service tax, excise, VAT and sales tax matters.

Besides litigation, he offers tax planning, legal opinion and business structuring based on tax laws and cross- border transactions. Under direct taxes, he has invested many years in handling direct taxes particularly income tax of corporate, partnership firm, NGO, RWA and Individual where he was exposed to entire spectrum of taxation including assessment, appeal, survey and tax planning.

He has authored books titled DNA of TDS & TCS (including withholding tax, advance tax and qualization levy), DNA of GST with Pleading & Practice and contributed in “Background material on GST for empowerment of girls students” published by Career - Counselling group of ICAI 2018 Edition.

He has delivered lectures at various seminars organised by ICAI and ICSI and other trade bodies/ educational institutions/ other organisation on GST and Income Tax. CA Mohit Golchha
Partner - GST

Mr. Mohit Golchha became a member of ICAI in 2010 after graduating from College of Vocational Studies in 2005.

He is a Certified GST Practitioner from ICAI. He is also a GST Corporate Trainer and Guest Faculty of GST at various Institutes/Association/ Federation/ Central Excise Revenue Audit (CERA).
